This review is from: Black and Decker VF20 Double Action DustBuster Filter Set 4-PACK (Kitchen) This Black and Decker DustBuster works great and is very powerful for an hand-held vacuum cleaner. The filter set is great, too. However, the plastic replacement filters are not needed because the plastic filter that comes with the original DustBuster can be cleaned and reused which is why this item gets 4 stars instead of 5 stars. Black and Decker needs to take out the plastic replacement filters and replace them with the paper ones which are needed. This review is from: Black and Decker VF20 Double Action DustBuster Filter Set 4-PACK (Kitchen) At first was upset that I had to by the prefilter but after using it it is essential. Catches all the dog hair that used to clog the main filter. It should have come with the Vacuum to begin with! There is no need for three of these though. Package should just include one pre fillter and 2 main filters. Save everybody some money. This review is from: Black and Decker VF20 Double Action DustBuster Filter Set 4-PACK (Kitchen) The picture of these filters shows a set of 4 black rubber rimmed hard plastic filters with the inserts alongside them . Both are needed for the dustbuster filter to work properly, and it looks as if the black rimmed parts are included in this order. Only the soft smaller inner filters came with no hard plastic outter part. I was under the impression (by photo and info provided) that I would receive all eight pieces shown on the picture of the ad/item. I thought the picture and item, and the way it is written up, was misleading. I feel like I paid over $28.00 for an incomplete order.
